Welcome to ResetDopa™! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ResetDopa™ mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ResetDopa™, you:

- Represent that you are 13 years of age or older
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. User Accounts

To use ResetDopa, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Choose a secure password
- Provide accurate information
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your password
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account due to compromised credentials.
2.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion:
- All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days
- You will no longer have access to your progress or statistics
We may terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in abusive or harassing behavior
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:

- ❌Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- ❌Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- ❌Use bots or automated tools to access the App
- ❌Scrape data from the App without permission
- ❌Engage in any activity that disrupts the App's functionality
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of ResetDopa (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by ResetDopa, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESETDOPA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RESETDOPA BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
- Any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App
6. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
ResetDopa is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. The App is designed as a personal wellness tool and habit tracker only.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
